**What you'll do**

As a Data Analyst, you will play a key role in driving improvements to the student experience through data insights. You will:

- Prepare and manage survey data files and reporting processes.
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, assess outcomes, and support decision-making.
- Deliver clear and concise data reports using various scripting and reporting tools.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance learning and teaching outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Academic Analytics Team to support quality assurance and evaluation activities.

**What will help you succeed**

Key to your success in this role, will be your:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in data analysis, including survey methodologies, analyses and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of R, RMD, Python, or other similar scripting and reporting languages.
- Experience with HTML, ETL processes, database structures and SQL.
- Analytical and solutions-focused approach whilst prioritising and managing projects.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals.

**Salary**: Total Remuneration range of $115,122 to $127,298 pa (includes salary range of $97,272 to $107,560 pa, employer superannuation contributions of 17%, and annual leave loading)
