In this newly created position the AN-ACC Commercial Analyst’s primary role is to increase McLean Care’s efficiency and profitability by providing analytical and operational support to improve the performance of the organisation - specifically as it relates to AN-ACC. Through the delivery of in-depth analysis of AN-ACC measures this role will facilitate and support well informed decision making as they relate to AN-ACC income optimisation and care minute requirements.
Essential Skills
- Strong quantitative abilities including the ability to solve complex problems.
- Excellent analytical skills coupled with advanced modelling (financial and workflow) skills.
- Excellent self-motivation and time management skills with a “can-do” attitude.
- Demonstrate an ability to take and initiate work with an organised approach.
- Ability to build professional relationships with key stake holders and staff, with the ability to communicate commercial concepts to operational team members.
- Commitment to embrace, model and work within the core values of McLean Care Ltd.
- An awareness of Work Health and Safety and Duty of Care
Experience and Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Accounting, or Data Analytics.
- Demonstrable experience with data analysis, modelling and visualisation - preferably using business analytics tool such as Power BI.
- Current unencumbered driver’s licence.
