**The company**:
Our client started in Australia over 30 years ago in the property valuing space and in that time has expanded to over 30 locations across the country and overseas.

The particular branch that is requiring valuers to join them is commercial property focused.

They deal with sites such as Hotels, Pubs, Industrial, Family Law Estate Planning, and Farms from around $130m in size.

**The role**:
As a CPV, you will be required to:

- Conduct comprehensive commercial property valuations.
- Provide consultancy on property investment, asset management, and financial structuring.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality valuation reports.
- Liaise with clients to understand their valuation needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Adhere to relevant legislation and professional standards.
- Guide cadets at the start of their career.

**You**:
For this role you will need to:

- Hold a property degree
- Hold a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) accreditation. OR want to advance from RPV into CPV
- have at least a year of relevant work experience outside of cadetship.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Skills that are needed:

- Proficiency in property valuation software.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
