**Your new company**

Valuations Australia is a growing full-service valuation company, completing property, business, and plant and equipment valuations that have recently expanded into Australia's last three states, making it a truly national brand.
We are seeking an experienced, API-qualified Property Valuer to join our team.
This role reports to the General Manager based in Melbourne, Victoria.

**Your new role**
We are providing a contract or salary-based opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Property Valuer to join the team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for working autonomously and setting your own work schedule.
Your job tasks will include but not be limited to:

- Undertake valuations across a range of property types with a focus on residential, commercial and industrial properties.
- Inspect property within (and sometimes outside) the metro area.
- Research and value property using standard templates (these will be provided for you).

**What you'll need to succeed**
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:

- Have a minimum of 5-years-experience as a Certified Practising Valuer
- Be registered with the API
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office (exposure to Microsoft Word important)
- Be comfortable using G Suite (including Google Calendar)
