**Your opportunity**

You will play a key role in planning, developing and delivering Product Training for the Nissan range of products to our Dealership and Head office staff across Australia and New Zealand. Ultimately, your training should be engaging whilst being able to fulfil identifiable knowledge gaps.
- Drive the distinction of Nissan training as the pinnacle for Dealership staff, consistently uncovering opportunities for relevance and desirability.
- Propel dealership success by honing product knowledge and sales expertise, amplifying sales, brand loyalty, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Forge collaborative partnerships across functions, ensuring our training aligns seamlessly with global and local needs for maximum impact.
- Exhibit financial acumen by delivering product training activities within the agreed budget and timeline, showcasing your ability to balance effectiveness and efficiency.
- Orchestrate dynamic local and regional product training experiences, actively engaging with stakeholders and contributing expertise to diverse training programs. Plus, curate cutting-edge content on the Nissan Academy LMS & Mobile app, ensuring our training remains a beacon of innovation and relevance.

**You will bring to this role**
- Proven expertise in developing and delivering training activities, with a preference for prior automotive sales experience.
- Robust background and keen interest in the automotive industry, with exposure and understanding of Nissan vehicles considered a significant asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal, multitasking, prioritization, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in project management and coordination, showcasing the ability to work autonomously.
- Effective presenter to internal and external stakeholders, adept at confidently managing direct external suppliers.
- Proficient in personal computer skills, and experience with e-learning development tools, with a preference for familiarity with Saba LMS, Adobe Connect, and/or VMIX.
- A team focused mindset to ensure productive and innovative collaboration within the Nissan Academy team to maximise utilization of existing resources and expertise.
