**Job Description**:
As the General Management Administrator, you will play an important role in the day-to-day management of our close-knit Brisbane Office. Working supporting the wider team, this is a busy and dynamic role where no two days will be the same.

Your role will include, but are not limited to
- General administrative support to the Group Leaders, including forward anticipation and planning of requests from others both internally and externally.
- Assisting with the management of financial data and operations to support project work
- Organising meetings and taking minutes, including management of actions from the meetings
- Assisting with the training of new employees in systems, policies and procedures as required
- Assisting with the entry of project information into Project Management system through the full lifecycle of the project, trouble-shooting issues and helping project managers maintain data quality
- Supervising and supporting junior administration staff
- General support to the team to ensure smooth running of the office

**Qualifications**:

- Demonstrated experience in financial management packages and workflow
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel)Capable of working under limited supervision - Regular use of creativity and latitude is required.
- Strong attention to detail

This role is suitable for a professional who prides themselves on delivering exceptional customer service and support whilst meeting and exceeding established deadlines. Your positive attitude and strong organisational skills will be the keys to your success in this role.

You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years’ relevant professional experience in a similar role.
