**About the Role**
- Use your full function accounts experience to manage deadlines and competing priorities in this varied and dynamic finance position. Joining a small but successful family-owned organisation, you will report directly to the business owners and manage end to end accounts responsibilities - so having strong time management skills, a sense of initiative, and the ability to work autonomously will be essential to your success in this challenging and diverse accounts position.**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Full function accounts payable duties
- End to end accounts receivable, including debt recovery as required
- Processing payroll
- Processing all monthly general ledger reconciliations and journals
- Preparation of bank reconciliations
- End of month reporting

**Skills & Experience required**
- You will possess full function accounts experience, ideally working within a small business environment or standalone role
- Confidence working independently - while there will be support from senior leadership, you will be expected to work autonomously as required
- Strong time management skills, managing competing priorities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines
- Someone who is proactive and outcome-focused - you will be confident in asking questions, escalating potential issues or following things up with stakeholders if required
