Resin Plant Operator

As a **Resin Plant Operator** based in **Clayton, Victoria**, you will be part of the multi-skilled team.

You will be involved in all aspects of resin manufacture including assembly of raw material, loading raw material following manufacturing instructions, monitoring chemical reactions using a computerized control and monitoring system, and performing quality testing, labeling, and filling.

You will be part of a shift team that works across a 3-week shift cycle, with shifts being 12 hours in length. The shift pattern is between Monday to Friday and includes day and night shifts.

**Responsibilities**
- Work safely and co-operatively as a member of a small team and individually.
- Perform all aspects of resin manufacture including loading, monitoring, testing, and filling.
- Participate in EHS and process improvement projects.
- Promote and maintain good housekeeping.
- Provide excellent customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous Resin manufacture and/or DCS experience will be highly regarded.
- Have a valid forklift license.
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive under a high-pressure environment.
- High attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability to undertake a variety of tasks.
