**About the role**

**What you'll do**
- Understand key project requirements and deliverables and help coordinate and progress project activities with various stakeholders
- Ability to effectively multi-task and juggle multiple responsibilities at once
- Have a keen attention to detail for ensuring the project meets all the business’ standards and goals
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to lead, guide, and delegate tasks to team members and stakeholders
- Organisational skills for planning out project tasks, schedules, and meetings
- Goal-driven, determined, able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and performing digital administrative tasks
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Providing information and regular support to project manager and stakeholders
- Being point of contact for various working groups
- Developing in-depth understanding of project objectives and the tasks required to achieve these
- Thorough project documentation and support end users and stakeholder communications
- Creating, measuring and reporting on delivered improvements and benefits
- The dynamic role may also allow for opportunities to be engaged in smaller IT projects within the SA work program
- Key to the success of this role is strong stakeholder management balanced with solid understanding of project priorities and objectives

**About you**
- Tertiary qualified in IT Project Management and/or Business Analysis, or with relevant applied industry experience
- Strong technical aptitude and experience across multiple systems, platforms, and data types
- Experience working in an Agile and DevOps environment (desirable but not essential)
- Strong stakeholder management skills with demonstrated experience, and a good understanding of good organisational change practices
