The Relationship Manager is critical to making this happen and will:

- Manage relationships with customers, comprising of private companies, family-owned businesses and mid-market ASX listed entities with turnover typically ranging between $75m and $700m, many of which ANZ has a long-term relationship
- Identify cross-sell opportunities from the existing client base, increase share of wallet and product penetration
- Actively engaging and building relationships with Product Partners, Risk and other key stakeholders within Institutional Division
- Maintain credit quality of customer portfolio through appropriate structuring of transactions for new and existing clients

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:

- In depth knowledge of a broad range of products and services. Able to structure effectively and negotiate financing alternatives.
- Sound credit skills with the ability to present a well-structured risk assessment and business proposition.
- Excellent client handling, stakeholder management, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
- Strong communication skills and demonstrated ability to succeed through collaboration.
- Motivated and resilient with an ability to influence outcomes through well-developed communication and presentation skills.
