**About the role**:
The **Digital Delivery Lead **will work within the Digital Product Delivery team, taking a leadership role in the delivery squads to activate both short and long term objectives of My Optus App. Responsibilities of the role include:

- Conducting deep-dives and discovery activity on digital trends, optimisations, and opportunity areas identified.
- Identifying creative ways within My Optus App to create value digitally.
- Leading the delivery of My Optus App enhancement initiatives including new product delivery, re-designs, proof of concepts, experiments etc.
- Ongoing planning & prioritisation of feature development and optimisation for the squad including requirements & backlog.
- Aligning digital product requirements and squad capacity.

**About you**
- Commerce, Business or IT degree.
- 3+years working in marketing, digital, or customer experience working in a similar industry (i.e. telecommunications or information technology
- 2+ years working in Agile Delivery
- Proven experience in:

- Implementation and delivery of digital initiatives
- Conducting Detailed Discovery activity
- Transforming Discovery into Delivery requirements
- Strong customer focus and passionate about customer experience
- Strong analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, with attention to detail
