We’re seeking world-class educators to inspire the next generation of Kitchen and Bathroom Design students

TAFE NSW are seeking Teachers of Kitchen and Bathroom Design to work on a permanent full-time basis located at the Newcastle campus. The role involves a broad range of activities which directly and indirectly support learning through the delivery of educational programs. Providing appropriate variety and flexibility in educational practice and undertaking assessment and evaluation of learning outcomes.

The role may require you to travel locally to deliver on campus and offers great flexibility to work around your other commitments with some evening classes and some connected online delivery.

**About You**

The role requires you to hold both teaching and vocational qualifications relevant to course delivery and have strong digital literacy skills to deliver some course content via online connected learning.

To succeed in the role, you are passionate about sharing your knowledge and industry experience to ensure that your students are set up for success. You have demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders including colleagues, industry, and students. You are self-driven and disciplined individual, who can manage high workloads and competing demands within a dynamic and flexible work environment.

To be successful in this role you must:

- Hold a minimum of a Certificate IV in Kitchen and Bathroom Design or equivalent.
- Hold the TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years relevant, and post-qualification, experience at supervisory level in industry relevant to your qualification/s, gained no longer than five (5) years previously.
