We have an exciting opportunity that has risen in our Frankston office as a MST (Multi-Systemic Therapy) Clinical Supervisor.

The purpose of the position is to supervise and manage (clinically and administratively) a small team of Therapists providing intensive in-home interventions with families of serious repeat young offenders based on the Multisystemic Therapy (MST) model, ensuring consistency and integrity of services delivered in the South East of Melbourne.

**Qualifications**

**Essential skills & experience required**
- Knowledge and understanding of cultural sensitivities and demonstrated ability to engageand effectively work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, minority and marginalised groups.
- Superior ability to conduct and supervise multisystemic assessment at various levels with individuals and their families/care givers, develop case plans and implement interventions.
- Ability to develop strategic inter-agency and intra-agency partnerships.
- Ability to maintain clear and concise documentation of interactions.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills, oral and written communication (including computer) skills and interpersonal skills.
- Sound organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in and lead a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Ability to participate in a flexible clinical delivery model.
- Relevant experience working with marginalised & difficult to engage young people & their families.
- Minimum Class C Driver’s Licence
