Highly motivated and self-driven, you are able to work autonomously as well as collaborate and build relationships with your team and stakeholders. You have high attention to detail and great time management skills, and you are able to cope with managing a variety of tasks and stakeholders.

Formal qualifications in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Risk Management are highly desirable, as is an understanding or practical working knowledge of operational risk.

As an **Operational Risk Officer** you’ll get to:

- Work within a Divisional Risk team to implement and manage operational risk.
- Perform tasks in line with the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF). This can include investigating and managing events, assessing controls, contributing to risk workshops with stakeholders, updating risk profiles, analysing data and writing packs, papers, reports and plans.
- Work closely with other Divisional Risk teams, Centres of Expertise and business stakeholders to enhance risk culture.

This is a full-time, permanent position which can be based in Melbourne, Bendigo, Adelaide, Brisbane, Ipswich or Sydney. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of two days per week based out of a local Corporate Office.
