**Mining**

**What you’ll do**:

- Provide high quality technical leadership and capability to successfully manage and lead projects with a hydrogeological focus.
- Provide technical and project management advice, mentoring and review to team members.
- Provide technical experience in groundwater hydrology, groundwater resource assessment, groundwater investigations, impact assessment and management.
- Provide advanced level advice and guidance to project teams and clients.
- Develop and strengthen business relationships.

**About you**:

- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Hydrogeology, Geology or Geosciences. A post-graduate degree in Hydrogeology is preferred.
- Typically, 15 plus years of relevant hydrogeological experience, allowing you to operate at a principal technical and project management level.
- Familiarisation with standard hydrogeological software and groundwater modelling techniques.
- Experience acting as a guide to team members.
- Exposure to team and business development.
- Strong technical acumen and report writing skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and verbal communications abilities.
