**Your Responsibilities**:

- As a valued member of the Victorian team, you will be directly accountable for your own portfolio of 13 units in Port Melbourne of around 1,500 - 2,000 NLA each. You will oversee lease administration renewals and negotiations and help with budget preparation and re-forecasting, as well as manage stakeholder relationships and general administration._

**Your Key Accountabilities will Include**:
Optimising and managing the performance of an industrial property portfolio through:

- Monitoring and preparation of income and expenditure budgets, including reconciliations
- Maintaining the legal and financial aspects of the portfolio using the property management system
- Production of reports and tenancy schedules
- Stakeholder and general contractor management
- High-level reporting, covering financials, producing retention plans and building management issues.
- Delivering timely updates to tenants, stakeholders and contractors
- Inspect and report on the condition of the property and arrange any necessary related works in conjunction with the facilities team.

**Your Skillsets/Background**:
**We are looking for a self-motivated property professional with the right attributes and willingness to learn.**

**You will demonstrate the following**:

- Energy, drive and a desire to further your career and learn from others
- Around 2 or more years experience in Administration Property Management, Property Management, Accounts or similar role, ideally with exposure to commercial/industrial or retail portfolios.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills with a reputation for providing friendly, timely and effective service.
- Strong administration skills with a solid knowledge of all property functions, including accrual accounting.
- Ability to make decisions and take the initiative within the bounds of delegated management.
- High level of organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Up-to-date Agents Representative Certificate with own vehicle and clean drivers licence.
