**Customer Service Officer - Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Leisure Centre**
- Permanent full-time, 38 hours per week

**About the role**:

**The facilities that form part of the Leisure Services include**:

- Eagle Vale Central
- Gordon Fetterplace Aquatic Centre
- Macquarie Fields Leisure Centre
- Billabong Parklands

The Customer Service Officer role delivers the frontline internal and external communication of the Leisure Facility and manages the day-to-day operation of the front desk including direct customer service, telephone and electronic enquiries, admissions, cash handling and member care.
- Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience in providing excellent customer service in a high volume multifunctional environment
- Experience in a face-to-face and phone based customer service role
- A strong understanding of the principles of excellent customer service
- Experience in cashiering and internal audit requirements
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
- A current Resuscitation Certificate
- A current Working with Children's Check for paid work.
