**Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our client. The CTO will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of the organisation
- Communicate with employees, stakeholders and customers to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately
- Plan and execute a technology roadmap that aligns with overall business goals.
- Develop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals
- Discover and implement new technologies that yield a competitive advantage
- Help departments use technology profitably
- Supervise system infrastructure to ensure stability, efficiency and security.
- Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance
- Use stakeholders' feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology
- Communicate technology strategy to employees, stakeholders and customers

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualification in Technology.
- Proven track record of success in a similar role: experience in technology leadership positions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and lead high-performing technology teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation
