We are recruiting an experienced Bookkeeper to work in our business 2 - 3 days per week (school hours) and manage:
- Payroll, Leave & Superannuation
- Accounts Payable & Receivable
- BAS, PAYG, PRT, Insurance
- Financial and management reporting
- Liaising with our external accountant for tax, audit, etc
- One direct report - Accounts Officer
Some general administrative support to the business is required for:
- HR Documentation
- OHS Documentation
- Insurance claims
- Etc
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
**Education**:
- Certificate I - IV (required)
**Experience**:
- Bookkeeping: 3 years (required)
- Xero: 1 year (required)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
