Administration role within a boutique accounting firm based just outside the CBD.
**Your new company**
This growing Accounting firm offers a range of services to their valued clients including Business Advisory, Taxation and Financial Planning. Located on the fringe of the CBD, their offices are easily accessible by public transport and car. Due to growth this firm is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their collaborative, hard-working team.
**Your new role**
This is a diverse role that will see you support a key Accountant with administration tasks and coordinate the requirements of clients Self-Managed Super Funds. Your key duties will include but not be limited to;
- Answering incoming calls
- Meet and greeting clients
- Scheduling meetings and diary management for an Accountant
- Liaising with clients for information
- Processing client documents and information
- Back up corporate compliance support
- Coordinating all requirements for SMSF’s
**What you'll need to succeed**
You will possess previous experience in a similar role within an Accounting environment and enjoy a hands-on role with a lot of client contact. You will have exposure to Xero, ASIC portal and the ATO. You will demonstrate accountability, strong communication skills both verbal and written, a professional phone manner, strong attention to detail, a flexible can-do attitude and the willingness to contribute in a team environment. Intermediate MS Office skills is essential.
