We're looking for casual and part-time, qualified Support Workers who are **passionate** about providing **in-home community care**, and improving the quality of life for some of the most vulnerable aged and disability members of our community.

We value your Support Worker **skills**, **commitment** and **genuine desire **to help people, and we'll work with you to create a flexible roster that suits you, where you can work as little as 10hrs - 38hrs each week.

**What You'll be Doing**
- Personal Care
- Home Care
- Shopping
- Attending appointments
- Respite Care
- Meal Preparation
- Reporting client health and wellbeing feedback

**What You'll Need**
- **Minimum** of a Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support, Disability or Bachelor of Nursing, with accompanying academic transcript;
- Current Victorian Driver’s License & own reliable car;
- A genuine commitment and passion for client wellbeing and health outcomes;
- A valid Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $36.00 - $70.00 per hour
