**VMCH will be conducting a group interview for Disability Support Workers for our SDA’s in the eastern / southern eastern suburbs. We have a variety of permanent part-time and full-time roles available.**

**About the role**

We are looking for Disability Support Workers to care for people living with disability empowering them to live the life they choose in a residential setting. Working as part of a friendly and close-knit team, your focus will be:

- Providing support and care according residents preferences and strengths
- Considering the residents individual needs, stage of life, development and strengths when engaging in support activities

**About you**

You are an enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter who is eager to develop a career in Disability care. To be considered for these roles, you will need:

- Certificate IV in Disability Support
- Previous experience working in Disability Support Services
- Ability to build effective relationships with a diverse range of people.
- Ability to work within a team
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current Victorian Drivers license
