**JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
An Education Marketing/ Counsellor is a professional who is in charge of strategies for promoting and selling products or services. They serve as an intermediary between companies and their clients, recommending products and services while ensuring clients requirements are met. Typically, they set and meet goals for their sales team.

The consultants’ responsibilities include educating customers about our products and services. Ultimately, he or she will work directly with customers to help our organization sell more products and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build a rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale in the future
- Maintain a customer database and communicate with them
- Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed
- Maintain reporting structures and recording sales.
- Be able to plan, and execute sales and marketing plans and strategies.
- Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.

Requirements and skills
- Must speak in ENGLISH
- Proven work experience
- A professional appearance, friendly manner, and positive attitude
- The ability to be competitive while maintaining the client’s best interests
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service and negotiation expertise
- Relevant training and/or certifications or QEAC license is a plus

**Job Type**: Full-time and Part time

**Schedule**: 8 hour shift
