Disability Support Worker

**We urgently require a experienced disability support worker to help assist A participant in getting up from bed in the morning and help with showering.**

**Must have experience in using Hoist preferably standing hoist.**

**Must have experience in dealing with Colostomy Care for example changing PAD.**

Support hours are 7AM-10AM - Daily

Alpha Community Care Pty are growing team dedicated in providing NDIS services and ensuring all participants receive the quality care they truly deserve.

Due to current circumstances, we are now seeking to hire experienced support workers to work with our dynamic highly experienced teams.

We are currently looking add to our team an experienced disability support worker

We also looking for a experienced Domestic Cleaners as well.

**Qualifications & experience**
- Certificate III Individual Support or any other relevant course.
- Fully Vaccinated with the COVID19- Vaccine Boosters.
- Minimum of 6 Months Experience as a Support worker or relevant job.
- NDIS workers orientation certificate & Manual Handling
- Current Drivers License
- Police Check ( No Longer than 6 months)
- Experience in using hoist preferred.
- Mental Health experience
- Must hold or willing to attain an NDIS Worker Screening Check

**Tasks & responsibilities**
- Assisting clients with personal care such as Showering, Personal Hygiene & dressing tasks,
- Assisting Clients with daily activities Undertaking tasks outside the home, such as shopping for groceries.
- Providing emotional support and friendship
- If you are a kind, passionate person with patience and empathetic nature with a can-do attitude; this is certainly the right role for you
- Provide Domestic Cleaning Services for Aged / Vulnerable clients
