**Job description**:
With previous announcements of the Government fast tracking what will be the single largest release of residential land in the state’s history - set to deliver at least 23,700 homes - ROUSSOS is partnering with a government body to source a key executive role for their SA team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has significant experience in land-form development management to secure a leadership role on what will be a flagship project for the state

**The role**
The Infrastructure Planning Manager holds a pivotal position within the organisation, tasked with overseeing and managing the planning, development, and coordination of critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead cross-functional teams to define infrastructure requirements and long-term strategic objectives for large-scale housing development projects.
- Develop and execute infrastructure plans that align with the organisations housing goals and future growth.
- Lead and oversee the planning of infrastructure projects related to housing development.
- Identify and assess risks associated with infrastructure projects and implement strategies to mitigate these risks.
- Manage comprehensive project documentation, including project plans and contracts.
