**Injury Management Adviser**
- Delivering injury management advice and support to employees and key stakeholders
- SE Queensland based position reporting to the portfolio Injury Management Specialist.
- Part Time (0.8 FTE), flexible working arrangements with occasional site-based travel required

**The Opportunity**
- Provide technical advice and education on injury management roles, responsibilities and worker’s compensation legislation
- Liaise with insurers and participate in claim reviews

**About You**

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent attention to detail and be a strong advocate for embedding best practice injury management into daily practice. You will be skilled at influencing Managers and staff to drive a continuous improvement approach in early intervention and injury management performance.
- Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Injury Management, claims, workers’ compensation and early intervention

**Qualifications for Success**

Mandatory:

- Return to Work Coordinator training appropriate to the State or Territory
- Valid drivers licence

Desirable:

- Experience working in Healthcare
- Incident and Investigation Training e.g. ICAM or similar
- Diploma in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Exercise Physiology or higher (or evidence working towards same)
- Certificate IV or higher in Personal Injury Management
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment
- Membership or affiliation with a personal injury or safety professional association
