Customer Experience Receptionist

**The opportunity**:
Reporting directly to the Customer Experience Manager, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This position requires an individual who can provide efficient administrative support, handle reception duties, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
**You’ll be involved in**:
- Responsible for answering all inbound calls that come through the general reception line in a professional and timely manner and transfer to relevant people and or provide accurate message taking.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and ensure meeting spaces are prepared
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
- Uphold company policies and procedures with a commitment to professionalism and confidentiality
- Ensure visitors are signed in correctly as per Kinetic policy and procedure
- Order and maintain appropriate levels of office supplies of stationery, supplies for general business use at all times
- Maintain a well presented and professional front desk/reception area at all times
- Responsible for security passes, keys fobs, ID’s, name badges and access cards for all new employees and renewals for all other employees.
**The boxes you'll tick**:
- Experience in a similar role preferably in a customer-oriented environment
- Intermediate computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite of Programs including Word, Excel and Power point.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic Knowledge of data entry into MYOB.
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated enthusiastic approach to day-to-day business operations and positive approach to a continual changing work environment.
- Strong computer literacy, MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
