Are you passionate about the tourism and hospitality industry?

Do you possess a range of practical skills suitable to a caravan park environment?

We are looking for a Caravan Park Manager to join the Breeze Holiday Parks team in **Late August/Early September**, at our BIG4 Breeze Holiday Parks - Port Elliot The position is for a single applicant with previous experience in Park Management, specifically Front Office. Couple applicants will be also be considered.

**The successful applicant will be required to have their own accommodation or live local to the park.**

The position will require you to deal with the day-to-day management and operations of a caravan park.

A successful applicant will posses the following traits:

- Exceptional customer service, sales & public relations skills.
- Responsive to customer's needs with excellent problem-solving ability.
- Motivation & management of staff.
- Knowledge of RMS9+ or similar booking software (training available if no previous experience).
- Computer literacy.
- Strong administrative skills.
- Assistance with projects/development of landscaping and upgrading of general park facilities as required.
- Experience in managing budgets.
- Excellent organisational & time management skills.
- Enthusiasm & attention to detail.
- Weekend and public holiday availability is essential.

A competitive annual salary will be offered based on previous experience and suitability to the role. This will be reviewed annually. Performance based incentives will also be available dependant on meeting KPI requirements.
