**The Opportunity**:
Situated in our South Australia office, our team is looking for a casual Operations Administrator to support and assist the Rail Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity to be involved in a challenging scope of work in the rail industry field.

**Key Responsibilities of this position include**:

- Administration and support for business operations
- Onboarding new employees and maintaining employee files, including roster and timesheet management, payroll enquiries from employees and stakeholders
- Updating and maintaining data files, rail industry portals, and spreadsheets e.g. training purposes
- Project specific reporting to contractor, meeting contractual requirements within timeframes
- Preparation of reports to meet KPI requirements
- Book training, medicals, courses/inductions
- Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel
- Australian driver’s license
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Record Management skills
- Ability to learn new systems
- Eye for detail
- Previous exposure to rail administration would be highly regarded
