Billing Administrator

Veolia is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Confirmations Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all confirmations across South Australia, working closely with our operations team to ensure efficient and accurate processing.

**What you'll be responsible for**:

- Collaborate with the operations team to manage all confirmation processes within South Australia.
- Confirm all run sheets from external contractors, as well as any internal manual run sheets.
- Responsible for reconciling invoices from our vendors.
- Processing payment runs for internal subcontractors.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data integrity.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- A passion for working with data and a strong attention to detail.
- Prior experience in a similar role or working with data management systems is preferred.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
