**About the team and the role**

The Agile Adoption Officer will be an integral part of the **Agile Centre of Excellence**, providing specialist advice and coaching on lean and agile ways of working to support the delivery of projects and initiatives.

This role is a unique opportunity to provide expert advice to various teams across DCS, contributing to the agile coaching practices, and developing tools and templates that foster agile methodologies within our organisation.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Assist in developing and implementing agile coaching plans.
- Offering advice on product roadmaps and continuous improvements.
- Designing, contributing to, and supporting the implementation of user-centered delivery approaches.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements using Agile practices and tools.
- Conducting research to enhance product offerings to meet customer needs

**Key Skills and Experience to be successful**:

- Experience in Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills.
- Knowledge of training program development and implementation.
- Experience in product lifecycle management and customer-centric product design (desirable).
- Relevant qualification in Agile Coaching or related field (desirable).
