**About the role**:
As the Retread Manager you will be responsible for the provision of a clear focus, direction and leadership in the daily achievement of budget and production targets. A specific focus will be to reduce waste by refining quality through the emphasis of improved production methods and outputs. You will work closely with the National Manager - Bandag Factories and Regional Manager - Bandag Factories demonstrating high level communication skills, along with basic report writing.

**About you**:

- A passion for work health, safety and environment
- Proven people management skills
- Production management and quality assurance experience
- Strong analytical and mechanical aptitude as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative
- An ability to work within budget and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce costs
- Must possess a current driver's license and be prepared to work alternating hours where required to facilitate production requirements
- Trade qualification in mechanical, electrical or related discipline is desirable but not essential
- Bandag Master Craftsman certificate or similar would be highly regarded but also not essential as training will be provided
- Be able to travel interstate or overseas for training if required
