Maintenance Technician

Reporting to the Village and Site Services supervisor you will be conducting scheduled maintenance and repairs to infrastructure and facilities to ensure that they are safe, environmentally compliant, reliable, and operationally efficient.

**Responsibilities**
- Repair, inspection, installation, repair, maintenance and troubleshooting of buildings, sumps, pumps, motors, piping, OWS’s, facilities and other infrastructure.
- Work with customer base to ensure facilities are maintained to a high level of operational readiness and safety.
- Comply with state and federal health and safety regulations, company policies and procedures, and the company's environmental compliance policy.
- Attend to Emergency callouts when required based on a rotating roster.
- Drive commitment to change management for modifications and upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Safety and Environmental standards.
- Provide Refrigeration Technician support when required in both daily work and in callout situations.

**Skills, Knowledge & Experience**
- Electrical Trades Qualification with diverse experience as a maintainer in large commercial or village type environments.
- Prior experience and knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, potable water plants and sewage treatment plants.
- ARCTICK licence a plus.
- Sound knowledge of relevant statutory regulations and standards.
- High Risk Licence with EWP, Forklift and Dogging endorsements will be well regarded.
- SAP experience.
