**About the role**

Be the face of Carma to our customers As the Handover Specialist, you’ll get to personally deliver and introduce Carma customers to their vehicle after they have completed their digital journey with us. Bring your great people skills into a role where no two days are the same.

**Responsibilities**
- Carry out smooth handovers with customers - sometimes onsite at Carma, other times delivering to a customer’s house - ensuring they are just as delighted with their vehicle as we are
- Introduce the customer to their new purchase - show off all the features and benefits and answer all the questions that they have
- Pick up and inspect trade-in vehicles
- Act as the middle person between internal teams at Carma and the customer, addressing all questions on the spot, or escalating if necessary
- Present our customers with their Carma present on arrival
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and keep notes and paperwork updated

**About you**
- You will have a customer-first attitude at all times and ideally have worked in a customer-facing role previously
- A passion for cars and the automotive industry - or eager to learn
- Confident problem solver and decision-maker
- Adaptability and a knack for multitasking and prioritising
- Flexible schedule to accommodate rotating shifts (including some weekends)
- Hold a valid NSW driver licence and be able to drive manual cars (if you’re keen to upgrade your licence to HR, we can help with that - but not a requirement)
