**Who are we looking for?**

Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is seeking a Work Integrated Learning Support (WILS) Officer to join Office of the Deputy Dean, Faculty of Health, Academic Division.

The WILS Officer is a key role in the Faculty of Health’s Work Integrated Learning Support Team. The WILS Officer is responsible for assisting the WILS team with coordinating student work integrated learning activities which includes undertaking a broad range of administrative processes, client liaison and providing advice and information to students, staff and external agencies.

You will demonstrate:

- Education, training and/or experience equivalent to completion of an Associate Diploma in conjunction with relevant work experience.
- Demonstrated organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise work; to give attention to detail and manage time to achieve goals and meet deadlines under pressure (within the context of competing priorities) with limited supervision.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to clearly communicate, consult, negotiate and liaise with individuals both internal and external to the organisation in achieving business outcomes.
- Demonstrated written communication skills, including the ability to effectively draft, edit and proof documentation.
- Demonstrated success and commitment to the provision of high-level client service.
- Ability to actively participate in and contribute to establishing and maintaining an effective safe and healthy workplace.
