IT Technician

**The key responsibilities for this role are listed below, but not limited to**:

- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls
- Provide remote technical support for our customers
- Provide L1/L2 technical support for internal / external stakeholders
- Assist customers with setting up their new devices like laptops/iPads/mobiles etc.
- Troubleshoot problems with hardware and software
- Show customers how to use their devices
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
- Answers and process support tickets
- Follow all company policies and best practices such as accurate time tracking.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help requests.
- Provide support for complex issues if solutions have already been documented. Note: The field of responsibility may change over time

**To be considered for this role you must have**:

- **Must have experience with Unifi, 3CX, Office 365 & Hyper Server.**:

- Must have experience in a managed service provider role
- Outstanding customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Demonstrated strong technical support troubleshooting skills
- Excellent people skills with the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, with a friendly yet persuasive manner
- Accurate data entry skills
- Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite - Office 365, Outlook, Excel, Word
- Extensive knowledge of operating systems - Windows, macOS, iOS, Android
- Microsoft exchange
- Microsoft active directory
- Data network communications
- Mobile technologies (iPhone and iPad)

**Qualifications & Experience**
- A degree in Information Communication & Technology or relative discipline/equivalent experience.
- At least 5+ years experience in an IT Technician role

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
