**About the Centre/Service**

Bellevue Kindergarten has been a parent run kinder since it was established in 1959. Across our two rooms we offer a 3 year old program and a 4 year old program., and we run sessions simultaneously. This allows us to provide a comprehensive two year program for each child. Our kinder philosophy values the provision of play-based learning and development through active exploration and participation, and our practice is guided by the concepts of ‘belonging, being and becoming’.

**Description**

Bellevue Kindergarten is seeking a committed, motivated, warm and nurturing Bachelor qualified Early Childhood Teacher to join our friendly and supportive team. We require a teacher for our 3 year old Group. Contact time Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 9am till 2pm. Non contact time is 8 hours. This is negotiable for days and time. The teacher will be responsible for planning and teaching within the 3 year old year-old program, working closely with the three year old team and the Educational Leader. This is a wonderful opportunity to work with a great team of highly experienced staff within a well-respected community kindergarten, with a strong emphasis on family engagement.

**Qualifications**
- A minimum Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent (ACECQA approved qualifications)
- A current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) card
- Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certificates
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the VEYLDF, EYLF, NQS and planning cycle
- Willingness/ability to be able to work additional hours as required
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Effective communication skills
