**Responsibilities**:

- **Student Support**: Provide comprehensive support to students, addressing their academic and personal needs.
- **Admissions and Enrollment**: Assist with student admissions, enrollment processes, and orientation programs.
- **Student Records**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
- **Advisory Services**: Offer guidance on course selection, career planning, and academic progress.
- **Event Coordination**: Organize student events, workshops, and activities to enhance the student experience.
- **Communication**: Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and administration to facilitate effective communication.
- **Problem Resolution**: Address and resolve student issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

**Requirements**:

- **Qualifications**: A relevant qualification in education, counseling, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a student services role within an RTO or educational institution.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with ASQA standards and compliance requirements.
- **Skills**: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- **Attributes**: Empathetic, proactive, and dedicated to student success.

Pay: $48,833.77 - $70,007.76 per year
