We are currently seeking a Part Time Permanent staff member to join our team based at our offices in **St Albans** for 20 hours per week across Monday, Tuesday and Saturday.

**The role**
Reporting to the Team Leader Venue Services Officers, we are seeking a Venue Services Officer who can bring their skills and experience for:

- Office and program administration preferably within the context of a theatre or community facility
- Providing excellent customer service to community, facility hirers and artists
- Monitoring and ensuring the safe operation of a community facility on a day-to-day basis

**To be considered you will have**:

- Ability to work in accordance with our values and behaviours
- A formal qualification in service and office administration and/or solid experience in a customer service, theatre or community facility environment
- Demonstrated experience in working positively within a small customer service team
- High level organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks concurrently
- High level of written and verbal communication skills including computer literacy particularly in relation to the Microsoft Office suite, room & ticket booking systems and databases
- Solid experience in conflict resolution in a front-of-house role
- Experience in contributing to the development and implementing office processes
- Local government experience is desirable
- A relevant second language is desirable
