**ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY**:
We’re looking for a Venue Supervisor that is passionate about gym supervision, customer service, health, and fitness. Working a minimum of 25 hours per week, you would be the Gatton Manager’s 2IC, assisting in the management of the facility and employees.

**In this role you will**:

- Supervise the Gym and Aquatic venue
- Ensuring the facility is maintained, safe and presented to a high standard
- Assisting with the leadership, training and development of the CSO/Lifeguard staff
- Managing bookings and logistics of programs and facilities
- Overseeing retail stock management

**To be successful in the role you will have**:

- Previous experience in Fitness or Aquatic industry highly desirable
- Previous experience in Gym and Staff Supervision highly desirable
- Cert III in Fitness (Cert IV will put you ahead of the rest)
- Blue card
- First aid/CPR Certification
- Pool Plant Operators Certificate
- Pool Lifeguard Certificate
