As we extend our reach **internationally**, **opening new wholesale markets**, we are seeking a dynamic eCommerce and Wholesale Administrator to become a vital part of our close-knit team at our Cheltenham HQ. This role offers an incredible opportunity for a highly capable and motivated individual to contribute to our growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. _(Please note: this is an Office Based Role.) _

**Key Responsibilities**

**Order Fulfillment**
- Review and process sales orders with precision, managing inventory fulfilment and ensuring timely account payments.
- Handle proforma orders and proactively address overdue accounts through effective accounts receivable debt chasing.

**Finance & Administration**
- Generate monthly agent commission statements for Australia and bi-monthly artist commission statements.
- Provide quarterly agent commission statements for New Zealand.
- Efficiently manage Cin7 for order processing related to Australian, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Japan and the USA wholesale accounts.
- Streamline office operations, including filing, sample management, and office supplies.

**Systems**
- Generate No Order Reports to agents bi-monthly, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Support warehouse sales activities periodically.
- Securely process phone credit card payments for enhanced customer convenience.

**Operational Efficiency**
- Process retail and wholesale orders efficiently, collaborating with third-party logistics providers (3PL).
- Proactively order packing materials to ensure seamless order processing.
- Assisting the Director with Ad Hoc requirements to ensure private label and Huxter ranges are executed on time.

**Required Qualifications**
- Proficient in Excel (vlookups, pivot tables etc).
- Previous experience in Wholesale.
- Strong understanding of Inventory Management Systems (Cin7 preferred) and Shopify.
- Ideally, you may have experience within the Wholesale Gift / Home or Fashion environment and understand the nuances of dealing with small, medium and major retailers.
- Fast Resourceful Learner, with a ‘Can Do’ attitude
- Proactive and strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Professionalism and strong organisational skills.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
