Medical Receptionist

**Customer service Skills**: Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- **Experience**: Not a must but similar experience in a medical clinic environment and Best Practice software (or similar) experience would be an added advantage
- **Education**:Additional Certification in medical administration is a plus
- **Administrative skills: P**roficiency in managing appointments, patient medical software systems is advantage
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to accurately record patient information and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
- **Organizational skills**: Capable of addressing patient inquiries, handling doctors requests/inquiries and assisting with other front desk tasks.
- **Team Player **:Should be able to work well within a team, supporting the clinic's doctors, staff and patients with dedication and positive attitude
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: From $25.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 6.5 per week
Schedule:
- Afternoon shift
- Morning shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
**Experience**:
- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
Work Authorisation:
- Australia (preferred)
Work Location: In person
