**Role Overview**

The Regional Manager holds a critical position in overseeing the Help at Home team, ensuring the consistent delivery of care, compliant with aged care standards. As a part of the senior leadership team this role entails the vital responsibility of ensuring that staff and systems are suitably equipped to meet the diverse needs of clients. Client safety and risk management are at the forefront of this role.

You will possess high attention to detail to support worker scheduling, training initiatives, performance management strategies, and adherence to established standards. You will supervise the administrative aspects of programs, analyse data crucial for client services, manage associated costs and oversee financial performance across numerous funding streams. Serving as a leader within the organisation, you will monitor client support plans and play an advisory role to the Director for home care programs, adeptly navigating through operational challenges in the regional facilities and their delivery of care.

**About the Person**

You will demonstrate a thorough comprehension of the Aged Care Act 1997 and possess extensive knowledge of the Aged Care industry and relevant legislation. Essential attributes include effective communication, adept leadership, proficient program management, and problem-solving skills.

Apart from this we ask that you have the following:

- Current SA Driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations
- Influenza 2023 vaccination
