An opportunity exists for a Medical Secretary / Personal Assistant to join a busy surgical practice operating in Claremont WA.

Occasional travel is required to offices in Mt Lawley and West Perth. The vacancy is for a full time (40 hours) position working 4-5 days per week. Occasional flexibility is required as clinic start/finish times may vary slightly. Remuneration is from $40+/hour plus super and entitlements.
- Ability to stay motivated and work independently
- Proficiency with Gentu (or Genie) practice management software
- Experience and sound knowledge of surgical billing practices, including: Medicare, private health funds, ICWA, and Workers' Compensation, and debt control.
- Ability to handle patient enquiries, schedule appointments, and organise surgical theatre bookings.
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy office environment
- Ability to problem solve

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
