NRW Holdings has an exciting opportunity for a **HRIS Officer** to join our Human Resources Remuneration and Benefits team located in our Belmont Head Office. This role supports the development and delivery of business focused, data driven renumeration and benefits solutions to enable NRW to make strategically linked decisions. Further, it provides a developmental opportunity in Remuneration and Benefits.
**Reporting to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Interrogating the HR Information System and extracting data to make and support sound remuneration and benefits business decisions and their associated processes
- Providing support in various data submissions such as salary surveys and gender pay gap analysis
- Producing reports and analytics as required
- Providing support with Annual salary reviews
- Supporting Tendering Team with salary and labour costings
- Engaging and building strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to any ADHOC audit requirements
- Provide support to the Remuneration and Benefits Manager as needed
- Strong HR Systems skills, as well as strong Excel skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- A general understanding of HR practices and processes
- Time management, planning and organisational skills
- The ability to work with people at all levels in the organisation
- A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and credibility
- Relevant previous experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, or Accounting is desirable
- Experience working in Civil and Mining or other resource sectors is desirable
