Our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) are committed to supporting the financial well-being of businesses and communities across Australia. We pride ourselves on putting our customers at the heart of everything we do and supporting the success of regional communities.

**Do Work That Matters**:
Following continued growth and success we have created a number of exciting 12 Month Fixed Term positions with our RAB business. The positions will be based out of our offices in, **Ger, Geraldton, Albany, Esperance, Bunbury or our other regional Commbank business banking sites**.

In this high-performing team, you will assist in the delivery of operational banking requirements for new and existing clients. The Account Manager role is a busy multifaceted role that will provide the opportunity to work with a diverse range of commercial and agribusinesses clients. You will also gain exposure to the relationship management and analytical aspects of the important work this team conducts and the opportunity to work on highly complex transactions.

**More Specifically, You Will**:

- Assist in the day-to-day operational activities associated with maintaining existing clients as well as the on-boarding of new customers.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with dedicated support teams.
- Gain an understanding of clients and transaction proposals to ensure the risk approvals are achieved efficiently.
- Assist Relationship Executives and Analysts to understanding client needs.
- Identify solutions, resulting in exceptional service while highlighting new business opportunities.
