**About the Role**:
A wonderful, ongoing opportunity exists for a District Support Officer to join a friendly and supportive close-knit team based in Dandenong.
Key responsibilities of this varied hands-on role will include coordinating daily administrative duties including the preparation of documents, stores support, goods procurement/manual handling, data entry, records administration, database and systems coordination, accounts payable and general office support. Your days will also see you be the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders where your ability to be professional and customer focused will be second to none.

**About You**:
Crucial to your success in this role will be your adaptability, attitude, willingness to learn and desire to work as part of a great team. You will also be highly motivated and keen to demonstrate your initiative. Naturally you will have excellent attention to detail and organisational and time-management skills managing a multitude of tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
Furthermore, you'll have experience with Microsoft Office 365 and a strong working knowledge of MS Excel, maintaining databases and using SAP accounting.
