Make a difference as a **Digital Squad Lead**

Join the largest insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.

**The Role**
This is a brand new **24-month **secondment opportunity where you will be leading 1 of our 7 Digital Squads sitting within our new Digital Customer Experience team in IAG's division Direct Insurance Australia.

You will lead a matrix team to orchestrate the delivery of assigned Digital strategic initiatives primarily the new upgrade of our NRMA website.

To be successful you will need to be able to collaborate with key stakeholders and negotiate work effectively to deliver exceptional business and customer outcomes through digitally delivered change.

This role is based in **Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.**

**About You**
- Track record of creating and developing customer experiences and products to achieve the growth and value outcomes.
- Previous experience in digital program delivery and project management.
- Experience in Agile methodology or SCRUM certified
- Demonstrated experience leading high performance matrix teams in the delivery of work.
- Strong influencing skills across various level of the organisation and demonstrated experience in building partnerships and working collaboratively to deliver key programs of work.
