**About the role**:
The purpose of this role is to coordinate end-to-end delivery across multiple squads in our Digital team. This position has a strong delivery focus, building and managing high performing development teams.

Reporting to Digital Delivery Manager, we are looking for an experienced Digital Delivery Lead to join our Digital Technology team on a full time permanent capacity. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide.

**Duties**:

- Lead and direct the delivery of projects and initiatives across multiple squads.
- Motivate and support teams to deliver Product roadmaps, lead dependencies with other teams and deliver timely value to Customers.
- Support and lead the Digital way of working and lead continuous inspect and adapt processes to refine the way of working and processes.
- Build and maintain an environment that enables a culture that embraces collaboration, inclusion, and diversity of and a sense of urgency without compromising quality, clear ownership, teamwork, continuous learning and improvement.
- Identifying threats to the delivery of initiatives and facilitating, escalating & monitoring the necessary remedial & recovery actions to ensure program goals are achieved.
- Direct & support the squads through the development and release processes, including CICD practices & test automation.
- Provide regular reporting to stakeholders on delivery progress and pipeline across BAU and Projects.
Raise CRs and Incidents as per CAB process and participate in CAB approval process.
- Serve as a go-to person in a fast-paced team of analysts, and software developers for the development and release processes.

**Skills and experience**:

- Experienced as a Senior/Group Scrum Master, Delivery Lead and or Release Lead.
- Ability to lead multiple teams to deliver value in an evolving environment.
- Experience in Agile Project management and managing end-to-end execution of complex projects.
- Demonstrates initiative in resolving problems.
- Understanding of CAB process.
- Strong command of Lean Agile principles, practices and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe

You will be a key member in the Digital team, working with diverse senior stakeholders to ensure governance and reporting needs are satisfied with concise communication and transparency.
