Located in Greater Western Sydney district, Pendle Hill is recognised in the local community for the outstanding aged care services provided to residents and families. Our Home offers all levels of permanent, respite and palliative care in a variety of single, double and companion rooms that have access to courtyard views.

**About the Opportunity**

Working closely with the Lifestyle team the Bus Driver is responsible for providing driving services for, and to ensure safe and comfortable transport of Residents to a range of local areas. Your day will involve driving the bus, helping residents of differing abilities on and off the bus, ensuring proper record keeping and logs for the bus and cleaning the bus as required. We are looking for someone who is a good problem solver, who uses initiative, and demonstrates good presentation and customer service at all times.

**About You**
- Drivers Licence (LR or HR)
- Experience driving a bus is essential
- Experience in aged care or community work is preferable
- Manual handling experience
- Safe driving record
- Immunisation Record - COVID mandatory
- Availability and reliability to commit to required shifts
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and all levels of staff
- Strong passion for working with the elderly
